As mentioned here, Joe and Barbara Carr moved out of the Ryan house with their twin daughters to make room for Paul and Paige to start a family. This is their new home, a pretty little two-bedroom starter house.
The first thing they did was call a nanny so they could head off to work. Well, they're fortune sims after all, and they were both up for promotions. The money would come in handy.

That night the twins had a birthday. This is Frannie Carr, a Scorpio just like Daddy, 8/8/10/5/3.
The arm-through-hand thing looks painful.

And here's Sabrina, who is a Leo like Mommy, 7/10/4/4/3.

Typically enough, they have the same everyday dress, and the same jammies. It seems all my twins do, at least all the ones that look alike. With these two having the same skin and hair color, I had to take a good look at their faces to tell who was who.
Frannie has the bottle. She has Joe's nose and Barbara's mouth. Sabrina, on the potty, has Barbara's nose and Joe's mouth.

Barbara found it to be quite a strain to raise twins on a limited budget, especially two very outgoing little girls, constantly wanting her attention.

Not that Joe didn't do his share of the work - he most definitely did. Sabrina's first word was "Daddy."

And of course, they could invite people over to play with the kids, while Joe and Barbara worked on their skills for more promotions. Sabrina discusses family matters with her sister-in-law Paige.

Between skilling, working and raising the girls, nobody had time to look after the garden, so they hired a gardener.
They got two.

And then there were four.

The gardeners just kept coming. I stopped counting at seven or eight. Barbara had to run out to dismiss them (or end services?) and then tell them to leave. After that, I made sure to save before trying to hire someone again, but this time it worked fine.
We don' wan' no stinkin' gardener's convention at this house!

It's growing-up time again!

Here's Frannie, who, well, who hasn't quite grown into her face yet. I think she could become quite a striking young woman eventually, though - I had a daughter out of Joe in another neighborhood who looked just like him, and she was gorgeous later on in life.

Sabrina, extremely outgoing that she is, loves bright colors. I'm not sure I would pick that particular combination, but hey, she's the one wearing them.

After their first day of school, both girls bring home friends. The house got quite crowded with four young kids.

Sabrina and Napoleon Nettles made best friends over the weekend. Maybe it's because they're the only ones who don't point and laugh at the other's choice of pants?

Frannie gets along fine with Arcadia Custer, a fellow Scorpio. She's also close with...

Chandler Platz.
Hey, look, Barbara was promoted to Hall of Famer and became permaplat! Yay Barbara! Okay, now go find another job so you can get that second TOC point for me.

Wait, what's this? Why is there a headless body on the front porch?

Oh, it's just Sabrina greeting the headmaster. Through the wall.

He was invited over for a small dinner party, it seems. Guy Wrightley and Chandler are the other guests. I wonder if Headmaster Vince realizes that the kid he's talking to is not the one he's deciding whether to accept into his school?
And Joe, couldn't you have put some clothes on?

Points this round: 2, for TOCs - Mayor for Joe, Hall of Famer for Barbara.

Those were some funny photos, especially the headless headmaster. And I always love seeing the army of NPC's--the gardeners look like there's a really serious landscaping project underway!
Hehe. I'm surprised the headmaster accepted them after the greeting through the wall incident! Loved all the garderners... Here's to hoping Joe's daughters will be beautiful!
Ouch! Head through window! That's gotta hurt! And I agree Joe's kids usually grow into their faces.
